Cashier

Minimum Requirements:


  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Ability to complete the following tasks: operate cash register including cash/credit/check transactions/clean/stock/keep busy at all times

  • Follow company policies and procedure regarding cash handling procedures

  • Store cleanliness: sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, rubbish removal, and stocking/product front facing

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

  • Strong organizational skills and customer service experience

Asst. Store Manager

Minimum Requirements:


Minimum of two to three years’ experience in career progression and responsibility. Proven track record of success, lead by example management style, excellent time management and organizational skills, results oriented, self-paced, self-driven, excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills and a drive for success. Possess a sales focused, customer-centered management background. Demonstrated support for multiple profit centers. Team Oriented with a demonstrated ability to evaluate, hire and coach people to achieve top performance execution. Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Follows Company Operational Standards. Works well with little supervision, however, consults regularly with Store Manager, District Manager or other stores. Ability to handle a varied work schedule, 24 hour availability, handle unexpected situations.


Basic Job Duties:


  • Alignment with Operation and Food Service Directors

  • Coach and develop hourly team through mentoring, motivation

  • Assist with the development and execution of new training practices and programs

  • Communicate effectively with all S&G associates and customers Initiatives

  • Maximize sales and profits

  • Be good stewards of Company funds reviewing financial statements keeping expenses in mind

  • Identify and celebrate sales successes, as well as develop and implement plans to address lost sales and gross profit opportunities

  • Ensure that team members demonstrate sales-focused and customer-centric behavior when interacting with our customers

  • Be the steward of safety – foodservice, operations, associates and customers

Store Manager
