  • Customer Service Representative (Cashier):  this role helps our customers by ringing up transactions, stocking, and cleaning.

  • Shift Lead: This role requires taking initiative with demonstrated reliability.

  • Stocker/Floater: This physically active role helps at multiple stores (must have independent/immediate transportation).

  • Assistant Manager: Learns accounting and ordering, leads 2nd shift and weekends.

  • Store Manager: Leads the entire store operations and responsible for P&L

  • Other Advanced Management roles include General Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager opportunities as they become available.

Cashier

What we are looking for:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age​

  • Provide excellent customer service with every guest

  • Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our REAL DEAL REWARDS program

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized

Shift Lead

What we are looking for:​

  • ​Same requirements as the Cashier position PLUS..

  • Flexible availability including weekends

  • Ability to work independently or with little supervision

  • This is a promoted cashier position available at select stores

  • Willing to work at multiple stores as needed

Assistant Manager

What we are looking for:

  • Same requirements as the Shift Lead position PLUS..

  • Train, motivate, promote leadership with cashiers along side the direction of the store manager

  • Order products, merchandise, and maintain inventory

  • Receive and validate orders with vendors

  • Provide clear communication

Store Manager

What we are looking for:

  • Same requirements as the Assistant Manager position PLUS..

  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience

  • Provide clear communication and leadership to members of your team

  • Entrepreneurial and aggressive sales approach to company created objectives

What you bring:

Job Requirements:
A valid Driver’s License
The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated
If you enjoy working as a multi-unit retail manager, then this is the position for you. Having previous multi-unit management experience is NOT REQUIRED, but preferred.
